From Tallinn to Treatment Rooms: A Clinic Update

It feels like quite a while since my last clinic update, and so much has happened in that time! Since I last updated you all, I’ve been on a little European adventure. I promise I won’t bore you with the travel details, however I will say this — Tallinn absolutely deserves a place on everyone’s travel list. It was beautiful, charming, and completely exceeded expectations.

Back in clinic, there have been some exciting additions. I am now officially up and running offering sclerotherapy treatments for thread and spider veins, alongside introducing cellulite treatments too. As many of you know, I am very passionate about treating patients holistically and not simply focusing on the face alone. Feeling confident in your skin should extend to all areas of the body, and I’m really excited to continue expanding the treatments available within clinic.

To make navigating treatments a little easier, I have also added a brand new “Skin Concerns” section to the website. This breaks down common concerns and the treatments that may be most appropriate for them, which I hope makes understanding the options available much simpler and less overwhelming.

Another exciting development is that I have now completed my Sculptra training. Sculptra is a bioregenerative injectable treatment designed to stimulate your own collagen production over time. Rather than providing an instant “filled” appearance, it works gradually to improve skin quality, structure and firmness, making it a true investment in the skin. The results can be incredibly natural and long-lasting, and I’m very excited to begin offering this in clinic.

Education continues to be a huge part of what I do and I’ve been fortunate enough to attend several conferences recently where the learning has been exceptional. One product line that has particularly stood out to me is KLIRA. I know skincare routines can often feel confusing and overwhelming, so I love how KLIRA simplifies everything down to what is truly needed: your cleanser, a Day Script, and a Night Cream.

The Day Script is particularly clever, combining seven different functions into one product, including SPF protection that lasts for up to eight hours. There are four different Day Script options available, allowing us to select the most suitable one for your skin type and concerns.

The Night Cream is where skincare becomes truly personalised. Ingredients are selected specifically around your individual skin goals and concerns, and these can even include prescription-only ingredients where appropriate. Your skincare journey is then monitored and adjusted over the coming months to help achieve the best possible results safely and effectively.

On the academic side of things, I am finally on the penultimate module of my dermatology diploma. Many of my patients know this qualification has been quite the marathon alongside running clinic, but I am very nearly there now!

I’ve also settled in so well at Little Massingham Manor and I’m looking forward to making the space even more beautiful over the coming months. The clinic room will soon be getting some lovely new furniture and, weather permitting, I’m hoping we may even be able to hold consultations in the stunning gardens this summer.

Before then though, I’m sneaking away to Italy for a few days in June for a little reset before the busy summer period begins.

As always, thank you all so much for your continued support, recommendations, kindness and trust. It truly means the world to me and I feel incredibly lucky to do what I do every day.
